March 20, 2024, MonsterAdapter is pleased to release the v05 firmware for Pentax K mount to Sony E mount electronic adapter: LA-KE1.   In the new firmware, LA-KE1 adds a depth-of-field preview function when taking photos (requires shortcut keys set by the camera), and also supports aperture control in the video shooting mode. Functionally of LA-KE1 now synchronized with LA-EA4r, LA-FE1&2.   The new firmware also adds support for a variety of lenses including HD PENTAX-DA 55-300mm F4.5-6.3 ED PLM WR RE. March 15, 2024, MonsterAdapter is honored to release v09 firmware of Minolta/Sony A-mount adapter modification product: LA-EA4r.   New firmware added the long-awaited SSM driver, which will further expand the applicable scenarios of LA-EA4r. August 29, 2023, MonsterAdapter officially released v05 firmware of Nikon F-mount to Sony E-mount electronic adapter LA-FE1. In the new firmware, LA-FE1 adds depth-of-field preview function when taking photos (please assign a custom key in the camera menu), and also supports aperture controls in video shooting mode. Starting from v05, LA-FE1 officially supports Nikon’s TC-14/TC-17 and TC-20 series of teleconverters. Please refer to the attached list for lenses that currently supports teleconverters. The new firmware fixes the focus hunting issue while AF-C tracking distant objects in the previous version. This issue is more common in a9, a7m3, a7r3, a6400. Note: Since this issue has a great impact to existing user, we decided to release the firmware immediately after tests passed.
