Return and Exchange Policy
Please Note,
The following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- All products undergo at least two tests after leaving the factory and before shipping. Therefore, you may see minor scratches on the product upon receipt; this is normal and cannot be used as a reason for return or exchange.
- Before placing an order, please carefully read the product details page. After receiving the product, please carefully read the instruction manual included in the packaging. Functions not mentioned on the product details page or in the manual are not guaranteed to work and cannot be used as a reason for return or exchange.
We offer a 7-day unconditional return policy
Within seven days of receiving the product, if you are not satisfied, you can enjoy an unconditional return service. However, unconditional returns do not mean free returns; the user needs to bear the shipping and return costs (the FedEx or USPS shipping fees and related handling fees sent to the user will be deducted from the refund).
Return process:
- The user must prepay the return shipping cost;
- After we receive the product, it will be inspected;
- If the product functions properly and shows no signs of use (such as excessive scratches), we will refund the amount within 5 business days after deducting the shipping cost sent to the user;
- If the product has functional issues or obvious signs of use, replacement parts will be required. We will refund the remaining amount to the user within 10 business days after deducting the cost of the replacement parts and labor.
If the product does not work properly
Please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt, explain the issue, and provide the corresponding serial number. Once customer service confirms that the product is not working, you can choose to return it or exchange it.
If customer service cannot confirm the damage online, the product needs to be returned to us for inspection. After confirming the defect, we can repair or replace it for free, and the related costs will be borne by us.
Note: In any case, the user must prepay the shipping cost to send it to us and keep the receipt. We will decide how to handle it after receiving the product.
Returns:
- Product works properly: Since the product did not show the described malfunction, it will be handled according to the 7-day unconditional return process;
- Product does not work properly: The product condition matches the user's description. Full refund, related shipping costs will be borne by us. The shipping fee you prepaid to send the product to us will also be refunded.
Exchanges:
- Product works properly: Since the product did not show the described malfunction, we will charge for the second shipping to send the product to you. Additionally, if the returned product has significant scratches requiring replacement parts, you will need to cover the cost of the parts, labor, and shipping before we send the product.
- Product does not work properly: The product condition matches the user's description. We will resend a product for you and cover the related costs while refunding the shipping fee you paid to send the product to us (receipt required).
Please note: If you do not contact customer service within seven days of receipt, the return and exchange period will expire. The product you purchased will enter a one-year warranty process.
Warranty Policy
Under normal circumstances, we provide a one-year limited warranty.
During the warranty period, if the product is used normally and has not been disassembled or repaired by 3rd parties, we provide free repairs. (Please note, replacement parts and labor costs are free within the warranty period, but shipping costs are not included.)
Beyond the one-year warranty period, corresponding parts and labor fees will be charged.
Please note the Conditions for Warranty
- Product Serial Number.
Since the serial number is an essential basis for the warranty, please ensure that the serial number on the product is clearly visible. Products with an unreadable serial number may lose eligibility for free warranty service. - Correct Region.
Our products are priced differently depending on the region. Therefore, the region eligible for free warranty must match the region of purchase. If your product was purchased in one region but requires repair in another region, it will be handled as out-of-warranty service regardless of whether it is within the warranty period. The correct approach is to contact the dealer where you purchased the product. (Example in many cases: If you purchased our product in China, you cannot enjoy free warranty service through the official website. The product must be sent to a dealer in China, who will then send it back to the factory for the required repairs in order to qualify for free warranty.) - The product has not been disassembled or repaired by any third party.
Since we cannot guarantee the safety of parts disassembled or replaced by a third party, we may refuse to repair such products.
